ASAP: The Quick Fix Slim-Down

Being a mom is a full-time job. Between school-time, activity-time, play-time, and food-time, it’s unlikely you have room in your schedule for you-time.   At Nature’s Fix, we understand that even with the little you-time you might get, it’s practically impossible to stay fit and healthy. That’s why Nature’s Fix has created ASAP: As Slim As Possible, a dietary supplement that contains a patented blend of protein fractions and amino acids that allow your body to burn adipose fat as fuel.   Adipose tissue, more commonly known as body fat, is loose connective tissue composed of lipocytes and fat cells called adipoctyes. The main role of adipose tissue is to store energy in the form of lipids and is recognized as a major endocrine (gland) organ that produces valuable hormones.   The effective blend of protein fractions and amino acids targets adipose fat stores and converts it into fuel for your body. By simply taking .75 ml of ASAP three times a day, your body easily converts adipose fat to energizing fuel that helps you loose weight and provides you with sufficient energy. Though you should avoid eating or drinking for at least 15 minutes before and after taking the drops, ASAP should be taken along with a healthy diet.   The makers of ASAP are exited to give hard-working mothers the chance to stay healthy and fit so they can enjoy the little personal time they have. Get your ASAP today! At just $90 per bottle, losing weight as soon as possible is now as easy as A.S.A.P. Visit Nature’s Fix today for more information and to shop...
10 Reasons Why Stretching Needs to Be a Daily Routine

10 Reasons Why Stretching Needs to Be a Daily Routine

Stretching is an important part of exercise, but it is also an important habit to incorporate in your daily life. At Nature’s Fix, we want to help you develop a habit of daily stretching, and here are ten reasons why! 1. Stretching Helps Us Recover from Repetitive Activities When we do the same activities repetitively (like type at a computer), it can lead to pain and muscle spasms. By stretching everyday, you can actually reduce these symptoms. 2. Stretching Can Keep Us Safe Without stretching, we are prone to injury during exercise (and even play). So use stretching to make your exercise and play time safer! 3. Stretching Helps Us De-stress When you stretch, your muscles literally lose tension. This makes us feel less stress and be ready to take on life’s adventures. 4. Stretching Makes Us Flexible When we stretch, we are able to loosen muscles and become more flexible. And flexibility is an essential part of daily life.  No matter what you do, flexibility can help you be more successful. 5. Stretching Improves Balance Did you know that stretching more will actually help you balance? With daily stretching, you can gain the balance that your body currently lacks!  6. Stretching Decreases Soreness in Muscles When you stretch regularly, you are helping nutrients move into your muscle, which actually makes you less prone to muscle soreness. 7. Stretching Brings Serenity Stretching gives you a chance to unwind and become calm. This gives presence of mind and serenity. 8. Stretching Improves Posture Poor posture can lead to back pain and other complications. But with daily stretching you can improve...

10 of the Finest Mood Boosting Foods

We’ve all been there; low energy, poor mood, and lethargic attitude. Not only is this a drag on your day, but it can be a day-damager for those around you too. Thankfully there is a solution. In fact, there are 10 solutions, all which can be found in your neighborhood grocery store.   These 10 foods are packed full of vitamins, minerals and fatty acids that will help you stay healthy and fit while also boosting happiness, lessening depression and soothing anxiety.   Walnuts, Flax Seeds and Pistachios Raw nuts and seeds are rich in alpha-linolenic acid, an acid that has proven to reduce women’s chances of suffering from depression. This acid also boosts feelings of joy and serotonin.   Oysters and Clams What aren’t these sea critters good for? They are low in calories, decrease inflammation, and increase circulation in your body and much more. These heart-healthy foods are high in fatty acids and, of course, are also aphrodisiacs.   Coffee Is your caffeine craving your body’s way of begging for a mood booster? It’s possible! Women who drink two to three cups of coffee each day are 15% less likely to suffer from depression. Because caffeine is a psychoactive drug, it works as a happy-booster by increasing dopamine and serotonin in the brain.   Kale and Other Leafy Greens Leafy greens are typically packed full of calcium, an important mineral for maintaining strong bones and healthy blood vessels and reducing the risk of diabetes. When paired with vitamin D, calcium regulates mood fluctuation, especially during PMS.   Pomegranate When consumed every day for two weeks, this juicy,...
